Special Order Policy

We are happy to help you find books that are not currently in stock. Please note the following:

Availability & Payment

• Most special orders arrive within 5–10 business days.

• Payment in full is required to place a special order.

Pickup & Hold Policy

• We will notify you by email when your book arrives and it will be held for 30 days.

• After 30 days, unclaimed items may be returned to the distributor.

• Payments on unclaimed items are non-refundable.

Cancellations

• Special orders cannot be canceled once placed with the distributor.

• Payments are non-refundable, even if the order is canceled or not picked up.
